This adapter plates have a necessary opening milled out of the center of the plate to clear the hump on the backside of your motor mounts.
These are the 4 most desirable positions to accommodate the widest variety of headers, oil pans, steering boxes, etc.
No instruction included.
Professional installation is highly recommended.

4 Positions:

Allows you to fine tune your engine placement. The motor can be placed in the stock position or 7/16"" forward, 1 3/4"" forward or 2 1/4"" forward.
1st Position: Places the engine in the stock small/big block location.
2nd Position: Places your engine forward 7/16 from the original for SBC/BBC location.
3rd Position: Places your engine forward 1 3/4 from the original for SBC/BBC location.
4th Position: Places your engine forward 2 1/4 from the original for SBC/BBC location.
